Kathleen Webster O'Malley serves as a health and wellness practitioner, combining healing modalities that emphasize alignment to the body's inherent wisdom.
A dream enthusiast since childhood, she now sees dreams as a source of guidance and healing, connecting us to hidden pieces of ourselves and to greater purpose.

I grew up in the Caribbean, among three islands: St. Martin/ St. Maarten, French West Indies/Netherland Antilles; Anguilla, British West Indies and St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
From an early age I was a seeker, rarely without a journal or a book. I had dreams of becoming a writer, but was encouraged to become a doctor by my eighth grade math teacher who affirmed that I would be successful in my studies.
Since the desire to heal others was within me, there was no resistance to pursuing a career in healthcare. What I didn't realize back then is that I could also help others to heal through writing.
My faith and prayer life have been central to my journey. Circumstances of my birth resulted in me spending my early years in the care of my maternal grandparents. I believe that this is where my faith and belief in the goodness of life had been nurtured. Through my grandmother's loving embrace, I learned how to love unconditionally. My grandfather's gentle and affirming voice became my affirming voice.
My mom did resume care of me when I was about the age of five as there were lessons I needed to learn from my time with her and my father who raised me as his own.
~~
I became a chiropractor at the age of twenty-six and left chiropractic school with not only a mission of helping others to heal, but also with my future husband. During this period, life was magical. Everything worked beautifully.
I chose to further my training in the care of women in pregnancy. To be a part of the creation of new life was amazing. I was certain I had found my calling and I soon began my own journey of motherhood.
Our first daughter was born prematurely, weighing 4 pounds, 7 ounces. Although it was not the childbirth experience we had envisioned, we were ecstatic. About two years later, we learned that we were expecting another baby girl.
For unknown reasons, Jade Morgan was born extremely premature and her physical life ended shortly after birth. This was on June 10, 2006 and was the catalyst for my journey of self-discovery. I wanted to understand how this could have happened with all my efforts to nourish my body and spirit. When asking 'why' seemed to be in vain, other questions began to surface. "Who am I, really?" "Where is life leading me?"
On January 1, 2010, I prematurely delivered our stillborn son, Jackson Thomas. Again, no medical explanation or known cause. In my daughter's words, "it's okay momma because now Jade isn't alone anymore. She and Jackson can play with each other in heaven and you have me." She was five years old.
When she was just a preschooler, she helped me to see that things do not always add up the way we expect. I was asking her simple addition one day. I started with “two plus two” and “three plus three,” and then asked, “What about one and one?” She brought her index fingers together and said, “Eleven.”
Yes, she has certainly blessed my life and I can see why we are meant to have this physical time together. It was not until after the moment of her birth that I truly began to understand my capacity for love. She has also helped me to see the "dancing leaves" on a windy day, "a chocolate rainbow" after spilling my breakfast shake and the "Eiffel Tower" when you stick a white plastic fork into a square piece of cake. She continues to be one of my greatest spiritual teachers and a source of much inspiration.
~~
My plan was to have two children, but life has had other plans. It seems that I was meant to nurture more than just my own children. Doors opened for me to be a voice of encouragement and inspiration for others.
This entire journey has surely deepened me. My faith and belief in the goodness of life has seen me through. Looking back , I now have deeper understanding and newfound strength. It has taken much growth and healing to get to where I am.
I now recognize the need for the loving presence of at least one person in early life.
Whether you are a parent, stepparent, grandparent, friend, coach, aunt, uncle, neighbor, or educator, if you interact with a child in any way, you have the capacity to influence their lives greatly and their imprints will forever remain in your heart.
I can now see that the life within us can provide extraordinary guidance. In order to hear these whispers of our heart, we must first be open to receiving them. We must ask for and accept guidance. We must become silent and still. This becomes an opening for healing to occur and healing fosters more growth.
It is in this sacred space that we begin to see clearly that together we have everything we need in order to transcend our most challenging experiences and we begin to notice unexpected blessings along the way.
~111~
While filing papers one day, I came across our son's birth certificate. This was in October of 2011 as I was completing the writing of my first book, Messages from Within. It was then that I realized that not only was Jackson born on 1.1.10, but he was also delivered at 11:10 pm and the doctor who signed his certificate, her license number ended in 111. Could it be that he was the reason these numbers had been appearing all week long?
The numbers 111 and 1110 continue to appear before me on license plates, grocery store receipts, clocks, just about everywhere you can imagine. Whenever these numbers appear, I sense that Jackson is nearby and accompanying me in whatever decision or action is before me. This awareness fills me with peaceful contentment.
~Swallowtail Butterflies~
Jade's sign to me has been butterflies. Yellow and black swallowtails tend to show up whenever my thoughts are on her, reminding me that life is eternal and love has no end.
And so it seems that all of my children have been instrumental to my journey of healing and awakening.
~ How May I Serve?~
I am now choosing to share with others all that has been inscribed within my heart through my writing.
My second book, Messages from Children and What They Can Teach Grown-ups was released in April 2013. It is a collection of stories and messages from children and my childhood experiences that serves to spark the flame that you carry deep within your soul and re-awaken your passion for living.
My intention with this book is for us to live connected to the heart of who we are and empower our children to shine their most brilliant light. This means we have to learn to accept them as they are and love them without conditions as we heal and love ourselves unconditionally.
It is not always easy to share openly about one's life or admit to having flaws. It takes courage to live authentically and yet it brings the greatest freedom. When we allow our truth to be revealed, we begin to recognize our divine nature and see the pure miracle of our existence. This allows us to live with greater compassion and accept others as they are.
So, live your truth. I trust that my messages will help you in awakening your soul's dream. Your soul's dream is who you truly are. And who you truly are is your greatest gift to humanity.
Love,
Kathleen Webster O'Malley, Author

Personality and Human Relationships (PRH), a school for personal growth, education, and inner guidance has been one of the gifts of grace that has awakened the deeper life within me. The letters of the acronym are transposed because it was founded in France and derived from Personalite et Relations Humaines. Its founder, Andre Rochais, was a seeker of truth who saw the abundance of beauty in all persons.
PRH has been an important aspect of my emotional healing and spiritual growth. It is a deep honor to be able to share some of the tools that are unique to the PRH education.
To find a PRH growth facilitator in your area contact https://en.prh-international.org/
Monthly Support Groups:
A support group is available to all participants who have participated in one PRH workshop. The groups meet once a month. Themes related to personal and spiritual growth are explored. Writing is an important tool used to explore these themes. Sharing of one’s lived experiences follow this exploration in an atmosphere of non-judgment and respect. A sliding fee scale is available. If you are interested in participating in a support group, please contact a PRH Facilitator in your area.
Individual Helping Relationships
Individual help is also available for persons who wish to liberate life within them, explore their positive or negative lived experiences in relationships, understand and explore their disproportionate reactions, discern an important decision or the need to weather a difficult situation, etc. Helping Relationships can be short-term or long-term depending on the person’s needs and determination to grow and find harmony in personal or professional life. A sliding fee scale is available.
Keeping a Growth Journal
Learning how to keep a growth journal is highly recommended for PRH participants as this accelerates one’s ability to explore one’s inner world.
A growth journal is not:
~A diary where you describe daily events and situations.
~A tool for letting off steam about others and toward oneself.
~A projection of ideals or dreams that are never realized.
Rather, a growth journal is:
~A place to observe and express all feelings and/or sensations triggered in oneself through events, situations, and relationships.
~An opportunity to set one’s gaze not on the situation, but on oneself living this situation; not on the event, but on oneself living the event; not on others, but on oneself and what one feels in this relationship.
~A place to be open to what goes on in one’s inner world as one lives day-to-day life.
This is not self-indulgence; It is practicing self-care, allowing you to understand the world within you and the world around you.
Journaling enables you to take a distance from certain reactions and to let things settle down in order to see more clearly into the situation. It fosters the emergence of your being, helping you to see what is essential and what is not; what is enlivening and what allows you heal, create and serve in the intricate web of life.
